Description
Chanel 11.12 Jumbo, the official name the maison gave in 2021 to the historic Classic Flap in its largest size, crafted in black leather with the classic diamond quilted pattern and gold-tone hardware. Burgundy leather interior, the original color devised by Coco Chanel in 1955 as a nod to the uniform worn at the orphanage where she grew up. The interior retains the line’s signature details: an elongated, curved pocket behind the central flap, known as the “secret compartment,” where Coco Chanel once kept her lipstick and love letters, along with the usual compartments under each flap.
Double flap with CC clasp, leather-interwoven chain strap for over-the-shoulder or crossbody wear.
