This document (as well as other documents mentioned herein) regulates the conditions governing the use of this Website and the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services on it (hereinafter, the “Conditions”).
For the purposes of these Conditions, it is understood that the activity carried out by LOUÉ through the Website includes: Sale and rental of clothing and accessories.
In addition to reading these Conditions, before accessing, browsing, and/or using this Website, the User must have read the Legal Notice, including the Cookie Policy and the Privacy Policy of this Website. By using this Website or by making and/or requesting the acquisition of a product and/or service through it, the User consents to be bound by these Conditions and by all the aforementioned documents; therefore, if you do not agree with any of them, you should not use this Website.
It is also informed that these Conditions may be modified. The User is responsible for consulting them each time they access, browse, and/or use the Website, since those in force at the time the acquisition of products and/or services is requested will be applicable.

2. THE USER
Access, browsing, and use of the Website confer the status of user (hereinafter referred to, individually and collectively, as the “User”), which implies acceptance, from the moment browsing begins, of all the Conditions set forth herein, as well as any subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations, as applicable.
The User assumes responsibility for the correct use of the Website. This responsibility extends to:
- Using this Website only to make legally valid inquiries and purchases or acquisitions.
- Not making any false or fraudulent purchases. If such a purchase could reasonably be considered to have been made, it may be canceled, and the relevant authorities will be informed.
- Providing truthful and lawful contact information, such as email address, postal address, and/or other data (see Legal Notice).
The User may conclude, at their discretion, a contract of sale with LOUÉ for the desired products and/or services in any of the languages in which these Conditions are available on this Website.
3. PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS
Duly registered Users may purchase on the Website through the established means and forms. They must follow the online purchase and/or acquisition process of LOUÉ, during which several products and/or services can be selected and added to the cart or final shopping space, and finally click on “Place Order.”
The User must then fill in and/or verify the information requested at each step; however, during the purchase process and before payment, they can modify the purchase details.
Subsequently, the User will receive an email confirming that LOUÉ has received their order or purchase and/or service request, that is, the order confirmation. Where applicable, the User will also be informed by email when their purchase is being shipped. In some cases, this information may also be made available through the User’s personal account on the Website.
Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the User consents that the Website generates an electronic invoice, which will be sent via email and, if applicable, through their personal account. The User may also request a paper copy of their invoice by contacting LOUÉ using the contact details provided above.
The User acknowledges being aware, at the time of purchase, of certain specific sales conditions concerning the product and/or service in question, which are displayed alongside its presentation or image on the Website, indicating, by way of example but not limited to: name, price, condition, quantity, color, details, features, method of performance, and/or service cost; and acknowledges that the placement of the purchase order constitutes full and complete acceptance of the specific sales conditions applicable in each case.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, LOUÉ is not the manufacturer of the products sold or that may be marketed on the Website. Although LOUÉ makes great efforts to ensure that the information displayed on the Website is accurate, occasionally packaging and/or materials and/or product components may contain additional or different information from that shown on the Website. Therefore, the User should not only consider the information provided on the Website but also the information available on labeling, warnings, and/or accompanying instructions.
4. AVAILABILITY
All purchase orders received by LOUÉ through the Website are subject to the availability of products and/or to any circumstance or force majeure event (clause nine of these Conditions) affecting their supply and/or the provision of services. If difficulties arise regarding product supply or if products are out of stock, LOUÉ undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount that may have been paid. This will also apply when a service cannot be provided.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the Website are final, in Euros (€), and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated by legal requirement, particularly regarding VAT.
In no case will the Website automatically add additional costs to the price of a product or service, except for those voluntarily and freely selected by the User.
Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Accepted payment methods are: Credit or debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
The User may also pay all or part of the purchase price with a gift card and/or voucher card issued by www.loue.es and/or LOUE MADRID SL.
LOUÉ uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the User during transactions through the Website. The Website uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system.
Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by their issuing bank. If such entity does not authorize payment, LOUÉ will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to conclude any contract with the User.
Once LOUÉ receives the purchase order, the charge will be made to the corresponding card at the time the User is sent the order and/or service confirmation.
If the payment method is PayPal, gift card, or voucher card, the charge will be made when LOUÉ sends the order confirmation.
By clicking “Place Order,” the User confirms that the payment method used is theirs or that they are the legitimate holder of the gift or voucher card.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be reserved for 2 calendar days from order confirmation to allow sufficient time for the transfer to be processed. Once received, the order will be prepared and shipped. The User must ensure the exact amount, account number, and reference are correctly entered. Otherwise, LOUÉ cannot validate the order, and it will be canceled.
6. DELIVERY
In cases where physical delivery applies, deliveries will be made within the following territory: Worldwide.
Except for unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances or product customization, the purchase order consisting of the products listed in each confirmation will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the Website according to the shipping method selected by the User and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date.
If LOUÉ cannot meet the delivery date due to reasons attributable to it, it will contact the User, who may choose to proceed with the purchase with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund. Deliveries are made on working days.
If delivery is impossible due to the User’s absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse. The carrier will leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to arrange a new delivery.
If 30 days pass after the order is available for delivery and it has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to LOUÉ, the contract will be considered terminated. Consequently, all payments received from the User will be refunded, except for any additional delivery costs resulting from the User’s choice of a more expensive delivery option.
Delivery will be deemed completed once the User or a third party acquires material possession of the goods, proven by signing the receipt at the delivery address.
Risks relating to the products pass to the User upon delivery. The User acquires ownership once LOUÉ receives full payment, including shipping costs, or upon delivery, whichever occurs later.
7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS
If the User detects an error when entering necessary data to process their purchase request, they may correct it by contacting LOUÉ through the contact sections available on the Website or using the contact information provided in clause one (General Information). These corrections may also be made through the User’s personal account.
Before clicking “Place Order,” the User has access to their cart or shopping area, where they can review and modify their purchase details.
The User is also referred to the Legal Notice and, in particular, the Privacy Policy for more information on exercising their right of rectification under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
8. RETURNS
If the User purchases products through this Website, they have certain rights as described below.
Right of Withdrawal
The User, as a consumer and user, has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without justification.
This period expires 14 days after the User or an authorized third party acquires material possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple deliveries, the last item.
To exercise this right, the User must notify LOUÉ via the contact channels on the Website.
LOUÉ will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except additional costs from an alternative delivery method), within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the User.
LOUÉ may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return is provided.

Returned products must include all original packaging, instructions, and documents, as well as a copy of the purchase invoice.
Refunds will not apply if the product has been used beyond opening, is not in its original condition, or has been damaged after delivery.
Products made to order, perishable goods, or unsealed items after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Return of defective products or shipping errors
If, at delivery, the User finds the product nonconforming, they must contact LOUÉ immediately to report the issue.
The User will be informed how to proceed with the return. Once returned, the item will be examined, and within a reasonable period, LOUÉ will notify the User whether a refund or replacement is applicable.
Refunds or replacements will occur as soon as possible and within 14 days of confirmation.
Defective products will be refunded in full, including delivery and return costs, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
